What we collect
Name, email, phone if you give it, and the message you type. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their terms once you tap through.

To respond to a request for accountancy services. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and legitimate interests in running a practice.
How long
Enquiries we do not take on are deleted within 12 months unless we must keep them (for example a complaint). Client files follow a longer statutory retention period once you engage us.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of enquiry data. Email hello@thetotalaccounts.com. You can complain to the ICO.
