What we take on
Bank feeds, purchase invoices, sales, payroll journals and VAT coding — kept current so year-end is a review. We work in Xero and QuickBooks, or tidy a spreadsheet if that is genuinely where you are.
Year-end accounts
Sole trader accounts that support Self Assessment, and limited company accounts that support the CT600 and Companies House. You get a short explanation of profit, tax and what to do next — not a 40-page pack you will never open.
Who it is for
- Limited companies and sole traders who have outgrown doing the books at midnight.
- Directors who want a monthly number they can trust before they take a dividend.
Questions
Do I need bookkeeping if I only have a few invoices?
If HMRC or a lender ever asks, “a few invoices” still need to reconcile to the bank. Light bookkeeping is cheaper than reconstructing a year.
Can you take over mid-year?
Yes. We pick up from the last reliable period, flag gaps, and set a filing calendar from there.
